Research & Development:
We have our own development department, which is monitoring market requests and the latest trends in fashion, but also in the field of the materials and production technology. Latest technologies allow us to make patterns and designs based on the customer requests very fast. One of our main goals is to offer the fast and high quality solution for our customers. All our base materials are certified and controlled, all our products are tested and certified for the health wholesomeness by the State Testing Laboratories.
We produce on the big diameter circular knitting machines. By the high investment costs we equipped our machinery by electronic jacquard machines, which allow production of almost all possible designs. It allowed us also to gain full production programme and offer in the field of knitted fur an plush.
The latest designs are presented twice a year during the international fashion fair Styl at Brno, CZ (February and August - see Exhibitions). Next of the prestige activities is the long-term cooperation with one of the first fashion salon in Czech Republic - E.Daniely.
The most complicated products from the view of materials, complicated designs, and also production and finishing technology, are products for the apparel industry. Important share of these products is produced from the special modified polyacrylic fibre imported from Japan.
If the customer choses from the existing designs of the BONEKAN ®, it is also possible to change pile lenght or back side hardeness.
